“If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.

If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.

He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.

Lord, I hurt someone, and saying sorry to you is the easy part. Now I need to say it to them. Give me humility to apologize without defending myself, and to listen if they need to tell me how it felt.
If there is something I can repay or repair, show me and help me follow through. I can't control whether they forgive me. Help me do my part honestly and leave the rest with you.
