Help
Psalm 121:1-2
I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.
The hills are not the answer. He looks up at them and then asks a question, which is what you do when the obvious source of help turns out not to be one. In the ancient world hills held shrines, and they also held bandits.
So the shape of this is: look at the likely places, ask honestly whether any of them can carry the weight, and then name someone who can.
The credential offered is not sympathy. It is having made heaven and earth. Whoever wrote this wanted the size of the helper on record before saying anything else about him.
