New city, new season, and feeling alone

Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.”
Yahweh himself is who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be discouraged.”
“Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.

Lord, everything around me is new and unfamiliar, and I miss the people and places that used to feel like home. Starting over is harder than I expected, and some days the loneliness catches me off guard. Go before me into this new season like you went before those you called to unfamiliar places long ago.
Help me build real connections here in your timing. Until then, let your presence be the one constant that always feels like home. In Jesus' name, Amen.
