I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.
Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more.
‘Yahweh bless you, and keep you. Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace.’
In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety.
Then you shall walk in your way securely. Your foot won’t stumble.
Yahweh himself is who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be discouraged.”

Lord, watch over this trip from start to finish. Guard the roads, the skies, and every mile in between, and keep me alert and safe along the way. I place my travel companions and my own life in your hands rather than gripping the wheel of control myself.
Bring me safely to where I'm going, and use even this travel time to rest and reset. Thank you for going ahead of me and staying with me the whole way. In Jesus' name, Amen.
