“Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven:
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you.
A prayer

Lord, I can feel a new season starting, and it comes with both excitement and uncertainty I don't fully know how to hold at the same time. Help me close the last chapter well instead of dragging it into this one unfinished. Give me courage for what's unfamiliar and confidence that you are making something new here, just like you always have.
I don't need to see the whole shape of this season yet, just enough light to take the first steps into it. In Jesus' name, Amen.
