Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Blessed is he who considers the poor. Yahweh will deliver him in the day of evil. Yahweh will preserve him, and keep him alive. He shall be blessed on the earth, and he will not surrender him to the will of his enemies.
He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.
I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.

Lord, I am doing my best to care for someone I love through this illness, and I am tired in ways that are hard to put into words. Give me patience on the long days and gentleness even when I am running low. Comfort them through my hands and my presence, and comfort me too, because caregivers need care as well.
Strengthen their body if it is your will, and strengthen my spirit either way. We are both leaning on you right now. In Jesus' name, Amen.
