Struggling to focus on my studies
For exam nerves, focus, and academic pressure.

Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things.
And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,
so as to turn your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding; yes, if you call out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding; if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures: then you will understand the fear of Yahweh, and find the knowledge of God.
Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path.
But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Lord, my mind keeps wandering everywhere except onto my studies, and the more time slips by, the more anxious I get about it. Help me focus for the time I have instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything left to do. Give me discipline to sit down and actually work, and quiet the distractions competing for my attention.
Let me see my studies as something I do with purpose, not just pressure. Help me use this time well. In Jesus' name, Amen.
