Praise Yahweh, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name! Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
You shall eat and be full, and you shall bless Yahweh your God for the good land which he has given you.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow.
Yahweh has done great things for us, and we are glad.
Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.
The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places. Yes, I have a good inheritance.

Lord, life is good right now, and I don't want to rush past it. Before I worry about what might go wrong next, I want to stop and thank you. For health, for the people I love, for meals and laughter and work that means something.
Every good gift comes from you. Keep me from forgetting you in the easy seasons. Let my praise now be as honest as my prayers were in the hard ones.
