Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness.
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you.

Lord, I want to do what you want, but I honestly don’t know what that is right now, and the silence is frustrating. Help me stop overanalyzing every sign and instead simply obey what I already know to do. Fill me with the knowledge of your will, however you choose to give it, through your word, through people, through a settled peace.
I would rather walk slowly in the right direction than run quickly in the wrong one. Guide me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
