Yahweh has done great things for us, and we are glad.
Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, “Rejoice!”
You have turned my mourning into dancing for me. You have removed my sackcloth, and clothed me with gladness, to the end that my heart may sing praise to you, and not be silent. Yahweh my God, I will give thanks to you forever!
Then he said to them, “Go your way. Eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to him for whom nothing is prepared, for today is holy to our Lord. Don’t be grieved, for the joy of Yahweh is your strength.”
Oh come, let’s sing to Yahweh. Let’s shout aloud to the rock of our salvation! Let’s come before his presence with thanksgiving. Let’s extol him with songs!

Lord, I am overflowing with good news today and I want the first thing I do with it to be thanking you. You gave this gift, and I don’t want to take credit for what was really your kindness. Let my joy overflow to people around me instead of staying locked up inside me.
Thank you for this moment, I want to remember it the next time things feel hard, as proof that you are good and that you move. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
